Cape Town Project

It finally happened. We arrived in Cape Town three days ago. During our final year of our Art Therapy masters at Metafora Art Therapy Academy a group of us became soulmates, with different lives, ages and backgrounds but with similar goals in life. To bring Art Therapy into the world, to use this therapy as a tool to help children anywhere, a cross cultural tool with no boundaries. Slowly a plan formed and when Helena from Cape Town proposed her city as our first project we agreed. And now we, The Mamallona Collective, are with Helena, Sarah, Rosa and myself in Cape Town, ready for our first project which starts tomorrow at Lady Buxton School. on instagram you can follow us on mamallona.collective.
